The Lawsuit Funding Industry

A word about the industry. First and most importantly, if a funding company indicates that it works with a network of investors etc, they are simply telling you they are shopping your funding request. Not a secure way of protecting your very private claim information. A good tip off that you are not working with a full time lawsuit funding firm, is that if their advertising propaganda such as web sites and brochures claims that they offer all types of financing services. (I.e. Mortgages, business notes etc.)

Make sure that the funding company you select is experienced and actually capable of delivery of Lawsuit Financing. Many times less experienced companies will bog the attorney down with request and never deliver. Some even take the case information in and then go looking for funding.
